If you are replacing an old V100 model or installing a new shower, the V200 has been designed for direct replacement on 45mm pipe centres. It can be mounted either horizontally or vertically.

The Caraflo V200 via Static Caravan Spares is dual-orientation ready. It mounts in either a horizontal or vertical layout depending on your existing pod orientation.
